All Ireland Schools 2022 – Entry List and Event Updates

Please see attached the Entry List for the All Ireland Schools Event 2022 – ALL IRELAND SCHOOLS ENTRY LIST

Please note the following updated details for this event:

• • Check Age Bands for any errors, email leo.gibbons@irishjudoassociation.ie with corrections in advance of Friday 27th May 2022 at 5pm.

• • The weigh-in for this event on both Saturday the 28th May & Sunday 29th May has been cancelled.
    The reason for the cancelled weigh-in is the Association is in the final stages of emerging from post Covid 19 pandemic restrictions as well as managing reduced number of volunteers (referees & table officials) available on the day to facilitate a large scale weigh-in. The Association will return to normal weigh-in regulations for events for the remainder of 2022.

• • Coaches will be presented with their clubs entry list on Sunday morning to confirm their judoka are in attendance at the event.

• • Competition Start Time is 10.00am SHARP.

• • Referee & Coaches Brief is at 9.15am at Phibblestown Community Centre.

• • Coach Passes must be collected at the above briefing session from 9.15am. Coach Passes are only issued to those clubs represented in this event and to active coaches registered with their club subject to maximum coach.

Miscellaneous Information

•  Due to circumstances beyond our control, Phibblestown Community Centre have advised that tea/coffee facilities and refreshments may not be available on site due to technical issues at their coffee shop.
• Do not park illegally in the grounds of Phibblestown Community Centre as your vehicle will be subject to clamping/towing.
