Just some notes from the Tournament Director Tim Kelly

  1. Firstly, be respectful to all volunteers and referees on the day. Without them, this event simply would not be possible.
  2. Secondly, the location can be found by looking for Cork City Judo Club and not Colaíste Chríost Rí. Click this link for a Google Map to the location.
  3. Please check all the information such as Weights and Category were entered correctly, this will make sure the competition runs smoothly. Minors, Pre-Cadets and Cadets are allowed to be 0.6kg over on the day e.g 28.6kg instead of 28kg. However, if players are over 1kg, please save time and let Tim know now so he can move them.
  4. For Minors, if the category exceeded 6 players, it was split into two categories either by Age, Grade e.g Minor Boys U30kg. This is to promote the development of minors and give them more than a minimum of two fights.
