The Connacht Closed Championships 2026, held on 14th February 2026, once again showcased the strength, depth, and fighting spirit of judo across the province.

This championship continues to play an important role in athlete development, provincial ranking, and providing valuable competitive experience for judoka of all levels. From strong groundwork exchanges to dynamic throws, the standard on display reflected the hard work taking place in clubs across Connacht.
