Sign ups are now officially open! For the sake of crystal clear communication, we ask that each of your clubs choose one person who will be responsible for communicating your participants to us and will be our point of contact from here on out. To our future contact person, please include your phone number, full name, and role in the club when you email us to sign up.
To sign up, the template in the link below needs to be filled out with the information for all your participants and sent back to this email address by the 7th of March 2026 at the latest. Please download a copy of the template and complete + send that out (do not edit the original document).

Some general information:
- There is no year of grace this year.
- Participation fee is not yet set as we are ironing out costs but we will communicate it asap.
- Accommodation in Dublin might be tough that weekend, so we recommend sorting that out as soon as you are able.
- A week after registrations closes, no refunds will be processed anymore.
