- IJA Club Coaches: Must contact National Coaches BEFORE registering (limited capacity – priority given to National Squad athletes and official coaches)
- Non-National Squad Athletes: DO NOT register directly – contact National Coaches to be added to the Athletes Guest List and await approval
- International Guests: By invitation only
