National Squad Session 🥋🍀
The next National Squad Session will take place on 10th September 2023 in Portmarnock Judo Club🔥
Times & Layout:
10am: Check-In
10:30am-12pm: Ne Waza
12pm-1pm: Refuel/ Break
1pm-3pm: Tachi Waza
Event Information:
– All players who have applied or on the TD program must attend.
– All advanced Cadets and above (15+) should be attending, but please get approval from your provincial/ club coaches beforehand.
– Club coaches are more then welcome.
– There’s communal showers & changing facilities. *Swimwear must be worn whilst showering*
– Bring plenty of water, snacks & be prepared to work hard and rise to the challenge of training with the best Judokas in Ireland!
