Postal Entries – Please be advised that the closing date for Postal entries will be Tuesday 20th March 2018 at 11am, there will be no exceptions. The paper entry form is on page 7 of the Outlines below:
***Coach Passes***
All Coaches must register for the event in advance of the close date

For Coach Accreditation to be issued; only IJA/EJU/IJF approved coaches can obtain Accreditation. A maximum of 3 coach accreditations will be issued to each club. Coach Accreditation will be ready for collection at the official Weigh-in following entry. No Coach Passes will be issued on the day. Coach Accreditation is required for access to the mat area. Coach Accreditation will be issued by name and are non-transferable. Parents or Volunteers will not be issued Coach Accreditation for this event. Do not request Coach Passes after the close date as same will not be issued.
***Entry Lists***
The Entry Lists will be posted to the IJA website by Thursday morning 22nd March 2018.
The Judo Office is closed Monday 19th March for St Patrick’s Bank Holiday weekend. All queries need to be emailed to the office in advance of 11am Tuesday morning.
