Nage-no-Kata Course for IJA Coaches
This is the first time a special course for our club coaches is being run. It is an opportunity to learn approaches to teaching the Nage-no-Kata with advice on the latest developments in this kata. Booklet for coaches will be available on the day. Cost: €75 per person for the two days, light lunch and a drink included on both days, at the on-site cafe. Re-validation event for IJA Coaches.
