“Irish Judo you’ve been unbelievable! Your help and commitment has been surreal. The team, coaches and everyone involved have created an amazing environment and atmosphere in making solo goals very much you own, which makes stepping away so much harder. What a team, what a nation and I’m so proud to be Irish! Go raibh mile math agaibh!”

“I know the next chapter of my life and the transition adjustment is going to be a challenge. But I will tackle it like I’ve done with everything else.. Head on and when I need help, I’ll be sure to ask, which will no doubt be very often! I’m very fortunate to have options and opportunities heading into this next part, which wont always be easy and as much as I’m gutted to leave full time training behind, I’m excited for what’s to come. Full time Judo, you’ve been incredible and a dream come true… Sayonara!!”
