RESUS FIRST AID are currently running first aid courses with Zoom for coaches or athletes in Ireland, so that they will be certified before Judo training returns to the mat.

The cost is €50pp and each participant will receive a certificate of attendance. Subjects covered are:

 ● CPR/ Defibrillation

 ● Choking

 ● Musculoskeletal

      Injuries (fractures,

      Strains, sprains).

 ● Wounds and bleeding

 ● Unconsciousness

 ● Concussion

 ● Seizures

It is a compulsory requirement that coaches receive some first aid training, and  this course is also beneficial for athletes and family members, from 12 years up. The course duration is 2 hours. To book an online place please contact:
