The second National Grading of the year took place in Portmarnock Judo Club 25th June 2017. The following judoka were successful in obtaining the following Dan Grades:

Peter Gallagher Konarakai Judo Club – 1st Dan
Eddie McLoughlin UCD Judo Club – 2nd Dan
Ian Coughlan Wild Geese Judo Club – 3rd Dan
