1:30pm: Check In
2pm – 3:30pm: Ne Waza
3:30pm – 4:15pm: Break/ Refuel
4:15pm – 6pm: Tachi Waza
Information:
- Guest coach Ben Fletcher.
- All players who have applied or on the TD program must attend.
- All advanced Cadets and above (15+) should be attending, but please get approval from your provincial/ club coaches beforehand.
- Club coaches are more then welcome.
- There’s communal showers & changing facilities. *Swimwear must be worn whilst showering*
- Bring plenty of water, snacks & a great attitude to train hard.
