- 10am: Check-In
- 10:30am-12pm: Ne Waza
- 12pm-1pm: Refuel/ Break

All players of National Squad/Pathway & Performance IJA members must attend.
- Club coaches are more than welcome.
- Bring plenty of water, snacks & a great attitude to train hard.

All advanced Cadets and above (15+) are invited to attend, but please get approval from your provincial/ club coaches beforehand.

International players and members of the EJU& IJF are welcome to join upon affiliation card/id.
